Noah Haines is a songwriter, singer, musician, and occasional actor & writing hailing from the great city of Buford, Georgia. He is a two time winner of the Tim Redovian Scholarship, winning in 2011 as a performer attending the Open Jar Musical Theatre Intensive in NYC, and in 2012 as a composer, where he studied composition with Harrison Hinson, a former pupil of Leonard Bernstein.

These days, Haines is still writing music, finding himself occupied in the world of musical theater songwriting, as he and his co-writer, I.B. Hopkins continue to churn out musicals. In the Summer of 2014, he and Hopkins’ musical Jimmy!: A Musical Fable With Almost No Historical Basis was produced Off-Broadway through National Theatre for Student Artists, which was a once in a lifetime opportunity.

In addition to writing for musical theatre, Haines continues to write music as a singer-songwriter, and for his upcoming duo band, Paddy’s Ark, where he sings, plays piano, guitar, and various other instruments. He currently attends The University of Georgia, and plans to pursue a graduate degree upon his graduation and further his career as a songwriter.
