Robert Egizio, Executive Director

Originally from Philadelphia, and an alumni of the Temple University Theater school, Robert has called Atlanta home for almost 30 years. Prior to his arrival in Atlanta, he spent a number of years working and performing around the country before settling in South Florida.

As an actor, director, and choreographer, his credits include performances locally, nationally, and on tour. Robert has been involved with numerous theater companies in the Atlanta area. He served as Choreographer in Residence for Actors Express under Chris Coleman for 4 years, and had worked with the Atlanta Opera, the Aurora Theatre, Gainesville Theater Alliance, Georgia Ensemble Theater, Georgia Perimeter College, and The Lyric, before becoming the first full-time Producing Artistic Director at Stage Door Players in 2005 where he spent the next 15 years building the company to a respected, professionally recognized regional theater.

“Retired” at 60, he looks forward to this new chapter as the Executive Director of the Tim Redovian Memorial Fund, working alongside Jim and Sherril and the newly formed Board of Directors to continue the great and important work the Fund provides.

Pam Allen, Board of Directors

Pam Allen is a long-time TRMF board member and former Treasurer. She and husband Kenn have been married for 48 years and have three children. Their oldest daughter Monica was a friend of Tim’s in high school and graduated in 1999 from the Dekalb Center for Performing Arts at Avondale High School. Their youngest daughter Angellica graduated in 2005 from the DeKalb School of the Arts and was a recipient of a TRMF scholarship for a summer program in Dance.  Their son Patrick graduated from the Math & Science magnet school at Columbia High School in 1997 and is an Associate Pastor in the Baltimore area.

Kenn owns a lawn care and landscaping company, and Pam works for a Norcross construction company in the accounting department. Both Kenn and Pam were in military families and lived many years overseas.

Mike Bell, Board of Directors

Michael S. Bell recently retired after 38 years of teaching orchestra, the last 19 at DeKalb School of the Arts. He earned degrees at Western Kentucky University, University of Georgia, and a Ph.D. in Music Education from Florida State University. A cellist and conductor especially interested in musical theatre, he has been on stage or in the pit for dozens of musicals and operas, and served as music director for many. In addition to teaching orchestra (grades 3 through graduate school) he has taught music theory, educational psychology, statistics, research methods, and computer programming.

Jane Hendrix, Board of Directors

Jane Hendrix has been involved in music education and directing musical productions for most of her life. Jane performed opera and musical theater locally and regionally in the Southeast. She received a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Converse University and a Master’s of Music from Winthrop University. While Jane loved to perform—especially roles like Maria from West Side Story, the Witch in Hansel and Gretel, and Mother Superior in The Sound of Music—teaching has been her life’s work. Past work experiences include 25 years as the Director of Dunwoody School for the Arts and President of the Partnership of Kindermusik Educators. Jane has been the Music Director for Roswell Youth Theater since the fall of 2017. She currently teaches private voice and piano lessons through Roswell Performing Arts and her home studio in Peachtree Corners.

Alison Norris, Secretary, Board of Directors

Alison Norris has been actively involved in fundraising and events for the Tim Redovian Memorial Fund since 2009. Originally from England, Alison grew up with a passion for singing, acting, and musical theatre. Eventually, she became managing director of an international software company before moving to the United States in 1990. She is a Licensed Real Estate Professional in the State of Georgia and is a proud partner in NaborsNorris Real Estate, a small boutique firm. 

Alison has been #CallingDunwoodyHome for 30 years. She is a member of the Rotary Club of Dunwoody, actively involved at Dunwoody Baptist Church, plays tennis out of Dunwoody Country Club, and frequently runs into her old customers from Alison’s Restaurant around the Village. Alison is also the founder and chair of the non-profit Tabitha Elizabeth Norris Foundation, helping children in crisis for 24 years. The organization's work has included the rebuilding of two orphanages in Bulgaria, supporting Mission work in El Salvador, China, and Thailand after the Tsunami in 2004.

Spencer G. Stephens, Board of Directors

Spencer G. Stephens is an Atlanta-area actor/singer/puppeteer/director/composer and educator. He has performed for many theatre companies in the metro Atlanta area including the Shakespeare Tavern, Synchronicity Performance Group, Aurora Theatre, Horizon Theatre and Dad’s Garage Theatre. He’s a resident puppeteer at the Center for Puppetry Arts where he has performed and directed since 2003 and originated the role of Darkly Dreadful in the Suzi Bass Award-winning production of “The Ghastly Dreadfuls”. Spencer is also a two-time Metropolitan Atlanta Theatre (MAT) Award winner and a two-time Suzi Bass award nominee.

Having worked in theatre education for over 15 years, Spencer is currently the Director of Middle School Theatre and Theatre Production Manager at The Mount Vernon School in Sandy Springs. He also taught and developed summer camp programs and workshops at Georgia Ensemble Theatre for over 12 years. 

Spencer hails from Kings Mountain, NC and has been a metro Atlanta resident for almost 23 years.

Pam Tallmadge, Board of Directors

Pam Tallmadge is the Executive Assistant and Lobbyist for the Charter System Foundation. She has served as a Councilwoman for the City of Dunwoody, District 1. Pam was PTA Co-President at Peachtree, one of the three authors who wrote the first Peachtree Charter application, and served two terms as Governance Team Chair. She served as PTSO Co-President at Dunwoody High School and was on countless school committees. She also worked for DeKalb County Schools as the Co-Executive Director for the DeKalb County Public Schools Foundation.

Pam’s volunteer activities include treasurer/co-founder of the Dunwoody High School Community Association, and she is an active member of the Dunwoody Methodist Church chancel choir and the audition-based chamber choir. Pam chaired the Dunwoody Fourth of July parade for 16 years, Light up Dunwoody for 6 years, and recently rolled off the Dunwoody Preservation Trust Board.

Cameron Terry, Board of Directors

Cameron Terry is a native Atlantan, choreographer, and a past recipient of the TRMF Summer Scholarship. Terry began his dance training at the Cobb County Center for Excellence in the Performing Arts (CCCEPA) where he found his passion for choreography. He pulls from his studies at The Ailey School and Nashville Ballet, while also taking inspiration from Luigi and West African Dance. His work has been described as “daring,” “an education,” and “a new school vibe, with an old school flare.” Terry's choreography received the “Outstanding Student Choreography Award” at the Regional High School Dance Festival in 2017. This paved the way for his professional debut with a choreographic residency with the students of Fort Wayne Ballet in 2018. Cameron received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance Performance from the University of Oklahoma (OU) in 2021. Cameron has set work for OU’s Young Choreographer’s Showcase, the American College Dance Association, and his own independently produced shows. He has set works and taught classes all over the U.S.

In 2023, Terry also received his Masters Degree in Performing Arts Administration from New York University (NYU). During his time at NYU, he worked closely with the CEO of American Ballet Theatre (ABT). He credits his time at ABT and NYU with providing him with the tools and skills he needed to found and become Artistic Director & CEO of Shades Dance Theater, a place where dancers from many different walks of life can come together to participate in innovative storytelling that speaks to humanity.

Melissa “Lola” Youngblood, Board of Directors

Melissa “Lola” Youngblood is an accomplished actress, singer, and dancer from Miami, FL. She now resides in Atlanta, GA where she works in stage, film and TV. You may have seen her in such stage productions as Ain't Misbehavin’ and on the hit TV series, Atlanta. Lola is also a Musical Theatre educator at Campbell Middle School in Smyrna, GA, and uses her experience and talent to raise up the next batch of superstars!
